Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

1. Product Malfunction (Unrepairable): If the product (AC, Laptop, or any appliance) develops a functional issue within 3 days of delivery, and our technical team confirms that:

   • The issue is genuine
   • Cannot be resolved after attempted repair(s)

   …we will initiate a return process.

2. Wrong Product Delivered: In case the product delivered is completely different from what was ordered (wrong model/specifications), a return or replacement will be offered.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor scratches or cosmetic wear (as pre-owned products may have some signs of use)
• Improper use or damage caused by the customer
• Any issue reported after the return window (3 days)

3. Return Process

1. Raise a Return Request
   • Contact us via support@supersavvy.in or call our helpline within 3 days of delivery.
   • Share photos/videos highlighting the issue.
2. Inspection by Supersavvy Technician
   • Our service team will inspect the product either remotely or on-site.
   • If the issue is repairable, we will offer a free repair service.
3. Return Approval
   • If the issue is deemed unrepairable, your return will be approved.
   • A pickup will be arranged, and a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

4. Condition for Return Approval

Returned products must be:

• In the same physical condition as delivered
• With all accessories and packaging (if applicable)

5. Return Window

Return requests will only be entertained within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

We aim to offer complete satisfaction while also maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions. Supersavvy inspects and tests all products thoroughly, and returns are reserved for genuine, non-repairable cases.
