At Supersavvy, we care about your satisfaction — whether you’re buying a pre-owned appliance or getting one serviced. This policy explains when refunds are applicable and how we ensure fairness for both parties.

1. Refunds for Repair Services

  1. Refunds May Be Considered If:

    • The issue remains unresolved even after genuine and repeated attempts by our technician.
    • Incorrect diagnosis leads to service that doesn’t match the actual problem.
    • Replacement is recommended because repair is not technically possible, and customer chooses not to proceed.
  2. Refunds Are Not Provided If:

    • The issue is repairable but the customer opts out of the repair.
    • The service was partially delivered and the customer discontinues midway.
    • Minor issues persist that don’t affect functionality, and further repair is declined.

2. Refunds for Pre-Owned Products

  1. Eligible for Refund If:

    • The product is faulty and cannot be repaired within 3 days of delivery.
    • A wrong item was delivered, and customer chooses not to exchange.
    • Major undisclosed defect is found that cannot be resolved.
  2. Not Eligible for Refund If:

    • The product has a minor issue that can be fixed, but the customer refuses repair.
    • The product is damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.
    • The customer changes their mind without a valid technical reason.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after physical or video inspection by our team.
  • Once we verify the refund request, we will credit the refund to the original payment method within 6-7 working days.
  • Refunds are transferred via UPI or Bank Transfer.

4. Required Information for Refund

  • Order ID and purchase details
  • Photo/video proof (if requested)
