However, I have not received any details, nor has any technician visited so far. Since this morning today, I have been repeatedly calling and sending messages, but none of my calls have been answered, and there has been no reply to my messages. This level of service is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This is the Third time I am facing such an issue from your side. Due to the continued negligence and poor after-sales service, I no longer wish to keep this AC. I request you to arrange an immediate pickup of the AC and process a full refund without any further delay. I am extremely disappointed with the way customers are being treated. Please consider this email as a final request. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities and consumer grievance forums.
