Extremely disappointing experience with SuperSavvy. I booked a washing machine repair through their platform, and the technician charged me ₹1,400 after claiming he had replaced the dryer start capacitor and promised a 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, the dryer stopped working again within a few hours. Since then, the technician has been ignoring my calls and WhatsApp messages. He kept giving excuses, such as waiting for the rain to stop, but even after the rain stopped, he neither visited nor responded. I also contacted SuperSavvy customer support multiple times. They repeatedly assured me that the issue would be resolved, but no technician was sent and no proper assistance was provided. I was not given a proper invoice despite making payment, and the after-service support has been extremely poor. As a customer, I expected accountability from the company for the technicians they assign. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend SuperSavvy. I am now considering escalating the matter through the National Consumer Helpline due to the lack of resolution.
