Question 1

I live in a new scheme (Bopal/Shela) and there is fine construction dust everywhere. Can you remove it completely?

Accepted Answer

We know exactly what you mean. The "cement dust" from nearby construction sites in West Nikol Gam Nikol Ahmedabad India is very fine and sticky. Regular brooms just spread it. We use Industrial-Grade Vacuum Cleaners (HEPA Filters) to suck the dust from ceiling coves, window tracks, and fans before we wet-wipe anything. We also use a Single-Disc Scrubbing Machine on the floors to lift the layer of white dust that settles in the tile pores.

Question 2

My bathrooms have stubborn white scales on the taps and glass. Is this included in the package?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. We know that the borewell water in areas like Gota, Satellite, and Vastrapur is hard (high TDS). Our Full Home Deep Clean includes specialized "Descaling Treatment" for all bathrooms. We use professional buffing compounds to dissolve the calcium layer from your taps, shower glass, and tiles, restoring their shine without using damaging acids that burn chrome.

Question 3

We have a bungalow/tenement with an outside wash area and terrace. Do you clean those too?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but please mention it during booking. Standard packages cover the internal "carpet area." However, for Nikol Gam Nikol Ahmedabad India's bungalows, we offer "Exterior Add-Ons" for cleaning terraces, balconies, and the wash yard (chowk). We use High-Pressure Jet Washers to remove the moss (lil) and black dirt that builds up on outdoor Kota stone or pavers during the monsoon.

Question 4

Will your team clean the fans and chandeliers? I don't have a tall ladder.

Accepted Answer

You don't need to provide anything. Our team arrives in a Supersavvy van equipped with A-Frame Ladders, Extension Poles, and Scaffoldings if needed. We clean all ceiling fans, tube lights, and standard light fixtures. For heavy/crystal chandeliers, we have a specialized "Chandelier Spa" add-on service where we clean each crystal individually using a non-drip solution.

Question 5

I have expensive furniture and Italian Marble floors. Are your chemicals safe?

Accepted Answer

We understand the value of your interiors. We strictly use pH-Neutral, Eco-Friendly Cleaning Agents (like Taski/Diversey) for expensive surfaces. We do not use acid on marble floors as it kills the gloss instantly. We use soft scrubbing pads for Italian marble and microfiber cloths for wooden furniture to ensure deep cleaning without scratching or dulling the finish.

Question 6

How long does a Full House Deep Clean take? Do I need to provide lunch for the staff?

Accepted Answer
