I’m extremely disappointed with the service. The second-hand AC is still not cooling properly even after the technician’s visit. He made so many unnecessary holes in my wall, and he didn’t even provide the required wire or plug to connect the AC. On top of this, I’m being asked to pay extra travel charges. Considering the overall cost, it is almost the same as buying a new AC. I am really not satisfied with the service and the way this entire issue has been handled. I expected much better service and proper guidance.
